ORDINANCE 02-22,

AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED, AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ARTICLE V [DEFINITIONS] AND SECTION 2.04.04 CONDITIONAL USES [AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT] OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF CLARK COUNTY ADOPTED BY ORDINANCE 01-14, AS AMENDED.

 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF CLARK COUNTY, SOUTH DAKOTA: that Article II DISTRICT REGULATIONS, adopted by Ordinance 01-14, as amended, of the Zoning Ordinance of Clark County be amended by adding the following use in bold and underline font to Section 2.04.04 Conditional Uses [Agricultural District]:

 Agricultural sales and services

 BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF CLARK COUNTY, SOUTH DAKOTA: that Article V DEFINITIONS, adopted by Ordinance 01-14, as amended, of the Zoning Ordinance of Clark County be amended by including the following definition:

 Agricultural sales and service.  The use of land, structures or buildings for the purposes of selling commodities (including feed, seed, fertilizer, herbicide, and pesticide) and services that are necessary to support agricultural operations but does not include any manufacturing, assembling, processing, repair, or construction use.

 Passed and adopted this 6th day of December, 2022.
